6. To appoint an Honorary Legal Advisor
7. To appoint an Honorary Auditor
8. Any other business

Notes:

1. An Ordinary Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf. A proxy does not need to be a member of the Company.
2. The instrument appointing a proxy or attorney, if any, under which it is signed, or a notarial certified copy of such power or authority is requested to be deposited at the registered office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the meeting.
