Sponsorship Coverage
The sponsorship is supported by pharmaceutical companies and covers conference registration, roundtrip flight, accommodation and ground transportation. Details of the sponsorship arrangement and reimbursement procedures will be communicated to successful applicants.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
- Applicants must be APMSHK Members on or before 1 August 2026.
- Priority will be given to:
- medical practitioners who are specialists in Respiratory Medicine; or
- healthcare Professionals who have active participation in original research or scientific work being presented at the congress.
Application procedure
- Please send a sponsorship request and CV to [email protected] on or before 4 September 2026.
- All applications will be vetted by the APMSHK Secretariat. Additional information may be requested where necessary.
- Applications will be reviewed and scored by the APMSHK Council on 7 September 2026, based on the criteria listed above.
- Successful applicant will be notified by email by 9 September 2026. Applicants who do not receive a response by this date may consider their application unsuccessful.
- All personal information collected will be used solely for candidate selection and deleted within three months of submission.
