Sponsorship Coverage
The sponsorship covers conference registration, roundtrip flight, accommodation and ground transportation. Details of the sponsorship arrangement and reimbursement procedures will be communicated to the successful applicant.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
- Applicants must have been APMSHK Members on or before 2 November 2026.
- Priority will be given to medical practitioners who are specialists in Haematology or Haematological Oncology.
Application procedure
- Please send a sponsorship request and CV to [email protected] on or before 6 November 2026.
- All applications will be vetted by the APMSHK Secretariat. Additional information may be requested where necessary.
- Applications will be reviewed and scored by the APMSHK Council on 6 November 2026 based on the criteria listed above.
- The successful applicant will be notified by email by 9 November 2026. Applicants who do not receive a response by this date may consider their application unsuccessful.
- All personal information collected will be used solely for candidate selection and deleted within three months of submission.
