Sponsorship Coverage

The sponsorship is supported by a medical device company and covers conference registration. Further details on the sponsorship arrangement and reimbursement procedures will be communicated to the successful applicant.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

  • Applicants must be APMSHK Members on or before 4 June 2026.
  • Priority will be given to medical practitioners who:
    • Hold a fellowship in Otorhinolaryngology with at least 10 years of specialist experience; and
    • have at least five years of private practice experience in Hong Kong

Application procedure

  • Please send a sponsorship request and CV to [email protected] on or before 3 July 2026.
  • All applications will be vetted by the APMSHK Secretariat. Additional information may be requested where necessary.
  • Applications will be reviewed and scored by the APMSHK Council on 6 July 2026, based on the criteria listed above.
  • Successful applicants will be notified by email by 8 July 2026. Applicants who do not receive a response by this date may consider their application unsuccessful.
  • All personal information collected will be used solely for candidate selection and will be deleted within three months of submission.
