NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021 of the Association of Private Medical Specialists of Hong Kong will be held on 13 December 2021 (Monday) at 7:00pm sharp at The Chinese Club, 14/F, The Chinese Club Building, 21-22 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

- To approve the minutes of last AGM
- Matters arising from the minutes of the last AGM
- To receive the President’s Report
- To receive the Treasurer’s Report
- To elect Council Members
- To appoint an Honorary Legal Advisor
- To appoint an Honorary Auditor

Notes:-
(1) An Ordinary Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and on a poll vote on his behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
(2) The instrument appointing a proxy or attorney, if any, under which it is signed, or a notarially certified copy of such power or authority is requested to be deposited at the registered office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting.
