Recruitment for doctors at CVC (Jordan)

APMSHK is recruiting part-time doctors to post at a Community Vaccination Centre (CVC) located at Kwun Chung Sports Centre (KCSC) in Jordan.

As one of 29 CVCs coming into operation from 26 February, KCSC will run 14 vaccination booths and offer the CoronaVac vaccine to eligible members of the public.

Operations for KCSC have been tendered by the Government to our private-sector partner Virtus Medical Group, which will field nursing and support staffers and enter into an employment contract with the recruit(s).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee KCSC operations as doctor-in-charge in tandem with nursing staff and provide clinical services to vaccine recipients on a part-time basis.

Requirements

• A qualification registrable in Hong Kong under the Medical Registration Ordinance
• Completed both parts of Training for COVID-19 Vaccination Programme by the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine
  • Part 1: 1.5-hrs online session (HKAM access link provided after registration)
  • Part 2: Practical Session (if you haven't completed this part, we will arrange one for you after we confirm your shifts)
• Medical professional liability coverage

Pay

Hourly rate: HK$800

Book your shifts: first-round Roster (12 March-22 April 2021)

• Book any available shifts from below. (KCSC is open seven days a week.)
• AM shift : 08:00-14:00
• PM shift : 14:00-20:00
• Each shift is attended by ONE doctor-in-charge. You can apply for up to eight shifts.
• You can also sign up as a Reserve Doctor for any given shift: we will only ask the Reserve Doctor to attend the CVC if the original doctor-in-charge becomes unavailable.
